Contract offer
A public offer is an official contract and is distributed regardless of the position.

1. General provisions
1.1
The following text is an Agreement between the game server located at FIRELORDS (hereinafter referred to as the "Resource"), and an individual registered on the Resource as a user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1.2
The contract is public according to Art. 634/1992 of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic and is the equivalent of an "oral agreement" and has the proper legal force.
1.3
In accordance with Art. 254/2004 of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic, full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the public contract is the fact that the User makes a donation payment to the Resource.
1.4
Using the Resource, the User agrees with this License Agreement, and also undertakes to adhere to the Rules for using the Resource.
1.5
All funds received by the User in favor of the Resource are a voluntary donation and are non-refundable. Donations of money and purchase of goods in the store is only a voluntary desire of the client.
1.6
The resource is not responsible for problems with the transfer of funds associated with other sites, payment systems, as well as problems arising from and / or through the fault of the user or third parties.
1.7
All services available on the Resource are a reward for free assistance to the Resource.
1.8
All services are tied to a unique User ID (SteamID in any form) and are not subject to: further transfer from an account to another account, exchange between players, change, return, transfer to another server.
1.9
In case of closing the Resource/game server, or transferring it to another owner, all available services are canceled.
1.10
In case of violation by the User of the current rules, the Resource reserves the right to refuse to provide services to the User.
1.11
The resource cannot guarantee the preservation of active services in the event of force majeure.
1.12
Disputes and claims between the User and other participants of the Resource (including the Resource itself) are resolved by the Resource if the disputed issue is within its competence. If it is impossible to resolve within the Resource, the dispute shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
1.13
The Resource Store is only an in-game system and is subject to the rules of the project.
1.14
In case of loss of the User's account, VAC blocking or transfer of the User's account to third parties, the Resource is not responsible for the services and does not return the goods or donated funds.
1.15
The Resource has the full right to deprive the User of the purchased goods if the User treats the Resource disrespectfully, does not follow the rules of the Resource and ignores warnings.
1.16
The user undertakes to comply with the submitted offer agreement when donating funds to replenish the balance in the personal account.
2. Personal Information. General provisions
2.1
By registering on this Resource, the User officially agrees to the storage and processing by the Resource of his personal data, both transmitted during the registration process and placed in the process of further use of the Resource.
2.2
The resource guarantees the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with Art. 2016/679 EU regulation "On Personal Data (GDPR)".
2.3
If desired, the user can stop the storage and processing of all his personal data by writing a written application to delete the profile.
2.4
If the User has been inactive for more than 1 calendar year, or upon receiving a block of any type of block on the Resource and / or on the platform Steam, The resource reserves the right to permanently delete all User data (Personal statistics, active services, personal account, etc.).
3. How to make changes
3.1
This Agreement is not final. The resource has the right to make changes to the text of this Agreement at its discretion at any time and without prior notice to the User. The current (current) version of the Agreement is always available on the website.
3.2
The User agrees and acknowledges that making changes to the Offer entails making these changes to the Agreement already in force between the Resource and the User, and these changes in the Agreement come into force with such changes in the Offer.
4. New changes

If the game changed (CSGO to CS2) and there are no supported things like "cases" or "store" and etc. User is acknowledged that all payments are DONATIONS and these payments are non REFUNDABLE!
